Who we are
wagescalc.com is a free online wage and salary calculator. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect — and what we don't
Calculator inputs. Salaries, hourly rates, hours and anything else you type are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. They are not transmitted to, logged by, or stored on our servers.
Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, for security and reliability. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
What we never collect. We do not ask for, and do not want, your name, email address, employer, pay stubs or any account information. There are no sign-ups on this site.
Advertising
We display advertisements to keep the site free. Our advertising partner Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and others.

Cookies and consent
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. On this site, the only cookies come from Google AdSense — the calculator sets none, and our analytics is cookieless. Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), we show a consent banner and load advertising cookies only after you agree. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The calculator works fully without them.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate usage such as page views, referral sources and load times. It is privacy-first by design: it sets no cookies, uses no client-side state, and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. It cannot be used to identify you. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact us and we will address it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data — access, deletion, correction, or opting out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined by laws such as the CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK GDPR. Because we maintain no accounts and no visitor database, most such data sits with our advertising and hosting partners; we will assist with requests where we can. Email [email protected]. Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS. Since calculator inputs never leave your device, there is nothing for us to retain. Server logs held by our hosting provider follow their standard policies.
